The Siberian cedar (Pinus sibirica) is a species of coniferous tree of the Pinaceae family and is widely known and known since ancient times in folk medicine and folklore of many peoples and cultures.
Siberian cedar nut oil is a natural product, inspired and produced by traditional, ancient Russian technology. With a specially made oak press, cedar nuts are pressed by hand and without touching metal, thus avoiding oxidative processes and heating. A unique natural product used in folk and modern medicine, as well as in cosmetics.
The high biological value of cedar oil is determined by the high content of unsaturated fatty acids, minerals, essential amino acids and fat-soluble vitamin E (64 mg /%), unsaturated fatty acids in the amount of 93%, which have high physiological antioxidant activity.
Cedar nut oil is a rich source of vital trace elements: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, cobalt, iodine. It contains up to 5% nitrogenous substances, of which 90% are amino acids.
