Coconut water vinegar is naturally produced using coconut colors from the top of the tree. Production is not required to process, the material is left to ferment, and then stored in dedicated wood balls. Coconut water vinegar is a high quality product that preserves all the nutrients of coconut juice. It also has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic properties.
Coconut water vinegar is naturally fermented for 6-12 months. The product contains no cholesterol and fat, contains low amounts of sodium.
Coconut vinegar can be used daily in the culinary industry, most often included in salad dressings.
