Magnesium is the most deficient mineral in most modern people, as massive foods contain it inadequate, and modern lifestyles expend it expeditiously. Its optimal level promotes normal metabolism, nervous, cardiovascular and muscular activity, intestinal peristalsis, bone and joint structures and immune system functions. The product also helps natural purification of the body from heavy metals, radioactive elements, fluorine, toxic drugs, aspartame and others.

Useful properties:

- Contains the most common mineral deficiencies (magnesium, potassium, zinc) and vit. B6.
- Supports the activity of the nervous system and sleep; supports normal function of the heart, blood vessels, glands, joints and immunity; has a slight laxative effect.

zinc (Zn) - 10 mg
Vitamin B6 - 8 mg

Suggested Use:

Internal: Take 1-4 teaspoons. per day, incl. in the evening, before eating, with at least 50 ml of water or natural juice. Well combined with B-group vitamins (including beer yeast).

External: for rubbing and compressing, after diluting with nonchlorinated water in an exemplary ratio of 1: 3 (for example, for about 100 ml: 25 ml of SuperMagnesium and 75 ml of water).
