Magnesium is the most deficient mineral in most modern people, as massive foods contain it inadequate, and modern lifestyles expend it expeditiously. Its optimal level promotes normal metabolism, nervous, cardiovascular and muscular activity, intestinal peristalsis, bone and joint structures and immune system functions. Internal: Take 1-4 teaspoons. per day, incl. in the evening, before eating, with at least 50 ml of water or natural juice. Well combined with B-group vitamins (including beer yeast).
External: for rubbing and compressing, after diluting with nonchlorinated water in an exemplary ratio of 1: 3 (for example, for about 100 ml: 25 ml of SuperMagnesium and 75 ml of water).
