Lycopene is a member of the nutrient family, called carotenoids, and is a highly effective antioxidant with specific protective benefits for the body's tissues, especially the prostate. The extremely beneficial effect of lycopene is due to its powerful antioxidant activity because it is a more effective antioxidant than beta-carotene and vitamin E. The reason is that the red lycopene molecule captures oxygen 100 times stronger than other antioxidants. This makes it one of the greatest preventative potential against malignant forms and their cells because it has the great ability to neutralize free radicals - highly reactive compounds that can damage the cell membrane and DNA. Suggested Use:
