Bromelain from pineapple extract, Bioherba, 100 capsules

Bromelain is a natural enzyme complex of several components extracted from pineapple that helps you digest food effectively. It is a proteolytic enzyme of plant origin, that is, it is best known for its large amount of enzymes that break down proteins. This is also its main function - to catalyze the breakdown of proteins into amino acids, which the body can easily digest afterwards and use them for many purposes.

Specific to Bromelain is that it acts equally well in both acidic and alkaline environments, and in this property it is very different from the enzymes responsible for these functions in the human digestive system such as pepsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin.

Purpose:

Contributes to normal metabolism and energy production. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients:

Magnesium (Magnesium citrate), Bromelain from pineapple (Ananas comosus L, fruit, extract), Gelatin (capsule).

Content in a daily dose (3 capsules):

Bromelain from pineapple: 360 mg
Magnesium: 60 mg

Suggested Use:

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water before meals.
