Action:

The dietary supplement contains a combination of magnesium citrate and vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal course of metabolism and energy production and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Magnesium citrate is a easily digestible form of magnesium, and vitamin B6 contributes to its better digestibility.

- Vitamin B6 - 3.3 mg

Excipients: silicon dioxide, vegetable cellulose capsule.

Suggested Use:

For adults over 18 years: 1-3 capsules daily with meals.

For children over 6 years: 1 capsule daily with meals.
