Quercetin is a flavonol, a powerful antioxidant, one of six subclasses of flavonoid compounds found in various plants.

Quercetin acts as a natural antihistamine – it controls the release of histamine from cells. Histamine is directly responsible for most of the unpleasant symptoms associated with allergies (itching, sneezing, etc.).

Quercetin acts directly on the gastrointestinal tract and thus reduces reactions to food allergens.

Bromelain is a natural multi-component enzyme complex extracted from pineapple that helps you digest food efficiently. It is a proteolytic enzyme of plant origin, i.e. is best known for its large amounts of protein-degrading enzymes. This is also its main function - to catalyze the breakdown of proteins into amino acids, which the body can then easily absorb and use for multiple purposes.

What is specific about Bromelain is that it works equally well in both acidic and alkaline environments, and with this property, it is highly distinguished from the enzymes responsible for these functions in the human digestive system, such as pepsin, trypsin, and chymotrypsin.

Gelatin (capsule), Quercetin, Bromelain, Citrus bioflavonoid complex, Zinc (Zinc Citrate).

Content in a daily dose (2 capsules):

Quercetin: 160 mg
Bromelain: 160 mg
Citrus bioflavonoid complex: 160 mg
Zinc: 6.66 mg

Sugested Use:

Take 1 capsule twice daily with water.
