The word Triphala literally translates as "three fruits". Amla also known as Amalaki, Chebulic myrobalan also known as Haritaki, and Belleric myrobalan traditionally known as Babitaki.

Terminalia bellirica (Babitaki)
It is one of the three key ingredients of Triphala, a natural compound that provides comprehensive support for digestive function and ensures that the digestive tract works at an optimal level.

Amla
Amla is among the most important herbal medicines in traditional Ayurveda. It is part of the proprietary remedies in India like Shavanprash. Amla's name in Sanskrit literally means "nurse" or "mother" because of its properties as a nurturing plant. Although its uses are traditionally wide, Amla is most popularly used as a tonic for the whole body with a special effect on tissues covered with a mucous membrane such as the sinus cavity, stomach, and lungs.

Composition of 1 tablet:
Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki) leaf powder* 438 mg (5% tannins, 22 mg), triphala dry extract (fruits of Amla (Emblica officinalis), Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki) and Babitaki (Terminalia bellirica))* 250 mg (50 % tannins, 125 mg)

Does not contain: gluten, wheat, soy and dairy products. Does not contain ingredients of animal origin.

Suggested Use:

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
