Lavandula Officinalis Flower Oil, Citral, Linalool.
For body massage: 3-5 drops in 50 ml base oil.
For aromatherapy: 3-4 drops in evaporator.
For hair: drop a few drops of lavender oil into the palm of your hand and rub your scalp with your hands.
For cold and flu: Drop 4-6 drops of lavender oil in hot water. Take inhalation for several minutes, inhaling the vapors. This will help to clear the airways.
For headache: 1-2 drops of lavender oil are rubbed in the temples with massage movements to relieve the headache.
For sunburn: Add 10 drops of lavender oil in 100 ml cold distilled water. Transfer the resulting mixture to a spray bottle and spray the red areas for immediate cooling and relief.
