Ingredients:

Each plant capsule contains:
- Red rice extract (Monascus purpureus): 50 mg
- White thistle extract /10:1/ (Silybum marianum): 100 mg
- Coenzyme Q10: 10 mg
- Vitamin D3: 10 mcg
- Vitamin K2: 50 mcg

Excipients: Vegetable cellulose, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:

Take 1-2 capsules after a meal with more water.

At cholesterol levels between 5.17 - 6.2 mmol/l: 1 capsule in the evening before meals with more water.

For cholesterol above 6.2 mmol/l: 2 capsules daily until a decrease in values, after which switch to a dose of 1 capsule.

For maximum results, a 3-month intake is recommended, combined with a good physical and healthy diet.
