Gymnema Sylvestre - extract, Bioherba, 100 capsules

Gymnema sylvestre is a perennial woody vine native to Asia (including the Arabian Peninsula), Africa and Australia. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine. Common names include gymnema,Australian cowplant, and Periploca of the woods, and the Hindi term gurmar, which means "sugar destroyer".

Gymnema Silvestre has been used as a remedy for diabetes and arthritis. The plant can be a valuable helper in losing weight and controlling body weight. Gymnema Silvestre can reduce the absorption of sugar during digestion as well as maintain normal blood sugar levels.

Action:

Contributes to the maintenance of the normal concentration of glucose in the blood. The added chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Ingredients:

Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre, Leaf, Extract), Chromium (Chromium picolinate), Gelatin (capsule).

Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre): 380 mg
Chromium: 30 µg

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with water 15 minutes before meals.
