Handmade grissini, produced in Bulgaria!
Grissini are made of dough and usually take the form of a pencil. Grissini come from Turin, Italy. According to local legend the first sticks are made from baker Lanzo Torinese in 1679.
Grissini can be offered as an appetizer or snack. May also be combined with other products, such as ham, to be offered as an hors d'oeuvre. In many restaurants often offer grissini topped with garlic sauce and parmesan.
