The production of walnut oil by the cold pressing method does not apply treatment with the base and method of extraction, hexane fraction is not used, no chemical additives and colorants are used. The composition of walnut oil includes:
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic), vit. E, A, P, C, carotenoids, B vitamins, micro and macro elements (zinc, iodine, copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, cobalt).
Nutritional oil contains a record amount of vitamin E.
The beta-sitosterol contained in walnut oil reduces the penetration of cholesterol into the intestine and cleanses their walls. Regular intake of this oil heals the gastrointestinal tract in general and heals ulcers. It is recommended to use the oil in acidic gastritis as it lowers the acidity of the bile juice. For adults: 1 teaspoon two to three times a day, 30 minutes before eating without drinking water.
For children: From 1 to 3 years - three or five drops; from 3 to 6 years - five to ten drops; from 6 to 10 years - 1 coffee spoon; from 10 to 14 years - 1 teaspoon.
External use: Lubricate the damaged parts of the skin.
