Maca is an ancient Peruvian powerhouse superfood that has been used by the indigenous people of the Andes as a source of food and medicine for thousands of years. The maca root, from which maca powder is extracted, was prized in the Inca Empire for its adaptogenic properties.

Maca root contains more than 60 different nutritional elements, some of which are: 60% carbohydrates, 9% dietary fiber, 2.2% fat, and 10% protein, which makes it very suitable for recovery in anemia and anemia. Suggested Use:
