Suggested Use:

10 ml twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening before the main meals.

Children 3-5 years old - 5 ml, 3 times a day.
Children from 5-12 years - 10 ml, 2 times a day.
Adults and children over 12 years - 20ml 2 times a day

After opening, the product must be stored in a refrigerator because, due to natural ingredients, fruit juices and lack of preservatives, the ferment is fermented in a warm place.
