An essential addition to a balanced diet, Inactive Nutritional Yeast – Sun is produced through the natural fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast in a molasses medium. The yeast is subsequently deactivated, dried, and milled into flakes. The product has a pleasant nutty flavor and is naturally rich in vitamin D as a result of the natural fermentation process, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B9, as well as zinc and choline.

Nutritional Yeast – Sun provides easily digestible proteins and natural dietary fiber, supporting a more complete and healthy diet.
