A water-alcohol solution of the herb Tribulus terrestris, also known under the names goat's-head, goathead, bindii, bullhead, burra gokharu, bhakhdi, caltrop, small caltrops, cat's-head, devil's eyelashes, devil's-thorn, devil's-weed, puncture vine, and tackweed.
