Description: Tribulus terrestris is an annual herbaceous plant with creeping, highly branched stems reaching up to 60 cm in length. The plant flowers mainly during the summer months.

Distribution: The plant is widely distributed across Southern Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions with warm climates. In Bulgaria, it is commonly found in dry, sandy, and rocky areas, along roadsides, in vineyards, and on cultivated land.

Tribulus Terrestris - Dried Herb

Uses: The dried aerial parts of Tribulus terrestris are used to prepare herbal decoctions. The plant is known in traditional herbal practices and is commonly prepared as a water-based herbal infusion or decoction.

Preparation: Boil 2 teaspoons of the dried herb in 500 ml of water for 3 minutes. Strain the decoction, allow it to cool, and consume in two portions throughout the day.
