Perennial herbaceous plant with a short, thick rhizome and a highly branched root system, with roots up to several meters long.
Blooms in June and July.
Grows on dry grassy places in the Danube Plain, near the Danube - Svishtov, east of Nikopol, Bulgaria.

Application: as an aid in renal sediments, urological disorders, duodenal ulcers, chronic bronchitis, etc.
Method of preparation: Put 1 tablespoon of the herb in 500 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 equal portions the day before meals.

Very good intense taste if you like liquorice. As you need to use 1 Tablespoon for 500ml of water, the packeging size is too small in my opinion.
