Anise
Pimpinela Anisum L.

One-year plant with 30-60 cm stem. Inflorescence is a complex canopy. The colors are white. Fruits are 3-5 mm long, ovate to ovate oblong. Blooms in June-July.

Distribution:
It is grown as an ethereal oil culture mainly in Parvomay, Haskovo, Burgas, Chirpan (Bulgaria).

Anise - dried fruits

It can be used as: an aid in respiratory tract inflammation, stomach and intestinal colic, flatulence, as a pain killer for gallstones and chronic gastritis. Increases milk in nursing mothers.

Method of preparation: 1-2 teaspoons are poured with 400ml of boiling water. After cooling, it strains. It is taken 60-120g three times a day.
