Powerful immune stimulator
The Chaga mushroom has an antiviral effect on human immunodeficiency (HIV) type 1. Chaga works favorably when it comes to hepatitis C virus. Birch sponge is also used as a component in the development of new antiviral drugs.
Fight the inflammatory processes
The Chaga mushroom is a proven product that fights inflammation. The consumption of Chaga reduces the inflammation caused by ulcerative colitis. Chaga acts anti-inflammatory in the colon.
Useful properties of Bulgarian Aronia (chokeberry):
Aid in Digestion
As mentioned above, chokeberries are high in dietary fiber, meaning that they facilitate smooth digestion by moving food through the gut efficiently. By bulking up the stool, fiber can help to eliminate constipation, diarrhea, cramping, bloating, and general stomach discomfort. The organic compounds in chokeberries also protect the gut from dangerous bacteria, due to its natural immune-boosting and antioxidant activity.
Antioxidant Capacity
This is certainly the most important aspect of chokeberries, given that there are dozens of different antioxidants crammed into this one type of fruit! From quercetin, epicatechin, caffeic acid, and malvidin to lutein, zeaxanthin, and carotene, chokeberries provide a huge amount of antioxidant protection that can increase your overall health by eliminating free radicals in your bloodstream, skin, eyes, organs, and tissues that may be trying to cause healthy cells to mutate. The powerful anthocyanin and flavonoid activity is one of the most impressive and unique capacities of this tart fruit.
Weight Loss
Right off the bat, chokeberries are low in calories and fat, yet contain dietary fiber and a wealth of nutrients. If you’re trying to feel full and stay healthy, without packing on any extra pounds, chokeberries can be an excellent dietary aid.
Useful properties of Hibiscus
Ayurvedic traditional medicine in India has for centuries used the colors of hibiscus as a cure for many diseases.
The red color of hibiscus is due to the high content of anthocyanins - pigments with a powerful antioxidant effect rich in tea and the plant. It contains a high concentration of bioflavonoids, vitamin C, other vitamins and minerals, fruit acids and amino acids.
Hibiscus has a beneficial effect on lowering cholesterol, helps the heart function, lowers blood pressure, and has a beneficial effect on depression.
