Method of preparation:
1. Water extraction
Place a few pieces of Chaga in a container of water and soak for 4-5 hours. 2. 100 g chopped Chaga is soaked in 500 ml of water for two weeks in a dark and cool place, stirring occasionally. Take one teaspoonful dissolved in 30 ml of warm water, heated to 40-50C three times a day before a meal for two weeks. It interrupts for two weeks and the cycle repeats.
3. Place crushed or grated Chaga in a ratio of 1: 5 in water, warmed to 50 ° C for a period of 2-4 hours. The amount is taken in several equal doses per day.
