Method of preparation:
1. Water extraction
Place a few pieces of Chaga in a container of water and soak for 4-5 hours. Then the pieces are shredded or crushed, add water heated to 40-50C (1: 5) with the water in which the mushroom has been and stay for 2 days in a cool and dark place. The whole quantity is sieved through a sieve or several layers of gauze and water is added to the original volume. The quantity is stored for up to 4 days in a cool place. Consume 200 ml before a meal (three times a day) for one month, then stop for 10 days and repeat the cycle.
2. 100 g chopped Chaga is soaked in 500 ml of water for two weeks in a dark and cool place, stirring occasionally. Take one teaspoonful dissolved in 30 ml of warm water, heated to 40-50C three times a day before a meal for two weeks. It interrupts for two weeks and the cycle repeats.
3. Place crushed or grated Chaga in a ratio of 1: 5 in water, warmed to 50 ° C for a period of 2-4 hours. The amount is taken in several equal doses per day.
