Organic coconut cream is made from the fleshy coconut. First, it is dried, then ground to form a smooth and creamy mass. Organic coconut cream does not contain hydrogenated fats, artificial colors and preservatives.

Organic coconut cream has a pronounced coconut flavor and aroma. In culinary use it gives a soft but dense structure of the dishes.

Usage:

Coconut cream can be added to different types of dough instead of fat, giving the baked fresh coconut aroma. It is suitable as a supplement to shakes, juices or cocoa as a substitute for milk cream.

To make coconut milk, break the block into a bawl and add 400 ml warm water. Stir until disloved.

After opening, store in a refrigerator! Use up to 2 days after opening!
