Herbal mixture №4 contains 200 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
- Smooth rupturewort (Herniaria glabra): 10%
- Hops (Humulus Lupulus): 10%
- Nettle (Urtica dioica): 10%
- Toadflax (Linaria vulgaris): 10%
- Restharrow (Ononis spinosa): 10%
- Verbena (Verbena Officinalis): 10%
- Linseed (Linum usitatissimum) : 10%
- Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi): 10%
- Elm (Ulmus minor): 10%
- Lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea): 10%

Method of preparation:

2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture is boiled for 5 minutes in 500 g of water. Strain and drink 3 times a day 150 g before meals.
