Directions for use:

Take 3 ml, equivalent to 6 sets of 5 sprays into the throat.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if the seal is broken.
