Grassy perennial plant with upright, smooth, branched stem, high up to 50 cm. The leaves are elliptical lanceolate. The flowers are small, white, collected in thyroid inflorescences. The fruit is dry, covered with sturdy curly bristles. Blooms in April-May.

It is found in the shady forests in the foothills and mountains of Bulgaria.

For healing purposes, the above-ground part is used.

Application: cough, shortness of breath, kidney and gallbladder, jaundice, spleen diseases, headache, palpitations, insomnia, stomach pain, hysteria, etc.

Method of preparation: 2 tablespoons of herb are poured with 400 grams of boiling water and poured for 1 hour. Drink 1 glass of wine 4 times a day before eating.
