Rhodiola is a succulent plant found in the mountains of Central and Northern Europe, Asia and North America. It is also found in Bulgaria - in our high mountains from 1800 to 2600 m.

Golden root has been used as a valuable herb for thousands of years. It is known as a medicinal plant since the time of Dioscorides. Rose rhodiola improves memory, hemoglobin level. Increases the endurance of the body and oxygen in the blood. Eliminates fatigue, drowsiness and is suitable for people subjected to heavy physical and mental stress.

Application: as an aid for immune deficiency, gastrointestinal dysfunctions, hemorrhoids.

Method of preparation: 10 g of roots are soaked for 14 days in 500 ml vodka or rakia. It is taken 2-3 times a day, one teaspoon of the extract, dissolved in 100 ml. water.

Decoction: pour 1-2 teaspoons of dried root with 300 ml of boiling water. Let it stand for 4 hours and strain. Take 100 ml three times a day. It is recommended for problems with the bilious-intestinal tract and nervous disorders.
