Daily dose content:

Peppermint oil: 2 ml, providing:

Directions for use:

Take 1 ml (20 drops) twice daily with a little water or food.

For faster results: In cases of acute stomach discomfort, spasms, or nausea, the daily dose can be increased to 3 times a day, after meals. For respiratory discomfort, the oil can be added to a cup of warm water (not boiling) for steam inhalation.
