We present to you an exceptional olive oil from the early harvest of the Nocellara bel Belice variety of Miceli&Sensat. The round and deep green olives characteristic of Sicily are grown in plantations at different altitudes and are hand-harvested using the "brucatura" method at the beginning of October. The oil is characterized by an intense aroma of green tomato, freshly cut grass, and aromatic herbs. It has an intense and harmonious bitterness and spiciness with a long and persistent aftertaste.
