Features:

In order to obtain white flour with a fluffy structure, we use a Bulgarian variety of wheat grown on our agricultural land in the Danube plain. From this wheat we grind wholemeal flour in a stone mill. From it we sift all the bran with the finest sieve, and the result is white flour with a characteristic slightly creamy color.

Suitable for any wholemeal delight - from rustic bread and small cakes, to healthy pancakes, delicious muffins and cookies.
