Sweet Energy Balls
Mix 2 tablespoons of Sesame Seed Flour with a small amount of water until a smooth paste forms. Add 1 tablespoon of pure honey, shape into small balls and roll them in finely chopped walnuts or almonds.
High-Protein Bread Rolls
Combine 300 ml water, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 300 g white flour, 4 tablespoons Sesame Seed Flour and 200 g wholemeal or Graham flour. You may also add ground flaxseed and rye flakes. The dough should remain soft and slightly elastic. Shape into small rolls, brush with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, allow to rise, then bake until golden brown.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
