Maltex is a natural product made from extraction of whole grain barley. The product has a consistency similar to honey, brown in color and marked smell and taste of malt.

Maltex contains carbohydrates, proteins, B vitamins (B1, B2, B4, B5, B6), vitamin E and provitamin A as well as minerals (Na, K, Mg, Fe).

Maltex - barley malt extract is an excellent sweetener for various foods and beverages. Improves the quality of cookies and sweets. Malt extract gives a special flavor and aroma. Foods cooked with Maltex remain fresh longer.
