Rice flour

Method of preparation:
To make the so-called "European pancakes":
Pancakes mix of "Zdravnitza" is added to 1 liter of milk. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture. Use a preheated and greased pan. Fry the pancakes until golden.
To make vegan pancakes - nut milk and egg substitute (liquid sunflower lecithin, etc.) can be used.
The mix is suitable for making both sweet and salty pancakes.
The amount of mixture is enough for 12-14 pancakes. The amount of the final product can vary depending on the size of the pan and the amount used for 1 pancake.
To make the so-called "American pancakes":
A leavening agent is added to the mixture - most often baking powder. The steps for preparing the mixture remain the same as described above.
