Salty pancakes mix "Zdravnitza"

Salty pancakes mix of "Zdravnitza" is an original recipe containing only natural products, including pumpkin seeds and lyophilised vegetables such as yam, kale, broccoli, spinach, beets and carrots. The mixture contains rice flour, rice starch and pea protein. The mix for salty pancakes of "Zdravnitza" does not contain gluten, thickeners and preservatives. The captivating taste of this mix makes it suitable for making salty pancakes.

Rice flour
Rice grain is characterized by its high nutrition - it contains 75-85% carbohydrates and 5-10% protein. These two components have a very high digestibility for the human body - about 96%, which is why eating rice is very effective. Rice is a good source of protein and a staple food in many parts of the world.

Due to its high content of zinc, calcium, protein and folic acid and is low in fat, cellulose and protein is extremely suitable for dietary purposes.

Rice starch
Rice starch is a natural polymeric carbohydrate and a major component of rice. Rice starch has a very fine structure, which after heating forms a gel with a smooth and creamy texture. Method of preparation:

To make the so-called "European pancakes":
Pancakes mix of "Zdravnitza" is added to 1 liter of milk. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture. Use a preheated and greased pan. Fry the pancakes until golden.

To make vegan pancakes - nut milk and egg substitute (liquid sunflower lecithin, etc.) can be used.

The mix is suitable for making salty pancakes.

The amount of mixture is enough for 12-14 pancakes. The amount of the final product can vary depending on the size of the pan and the amount used for 1 pancake.

To make the so-called "American pancakes":
A leavening agent is added to the mixture - most often baking powder. The steps for preparing the mixture remain the same as described above.
