Falafels are small fried balls made from ground chickpeas and spices - a traditional Middle Eastern dish that is now popular all over the world. Arabs, Jews, Turks, Greeks and Indians argue about the origin of falafel.
Falafels can be served on their own, made into sandwiches or served with bread, salad and sauces. In Israel, falafels are also eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
With the natural falafel mix, you will prepare these fried balls quickly and easily.

Chickpeas, sesame, coriander, cumin, garlic, salt, bicarbonate of soda.

Method of preparation:
Add 200 ml of water to 250 g of falafel mix. Mix and let stand for 30 min. Make small balls from the finished mixture. The shaped falafels are fried until golden or baked in a preheated oven at 180-200C until cooked.
