Nettle (Urtica) is a genus of potato-erect plants of the family Koprivovi (Urticaceae). It includes between 30 and 45 species, mainly perennial herbaceous plants. The most famous species of the genus is the common nettle (Urtica dioica), spread throughout Europe, North Africa, Asia and North America.
Nettle tea
Nettle leaves have a haemostatic, diuretic, anti-rheumatic action; have a beneficial effect on metabolism, reduce blood sugar. This action is due to vitamins, iron salts and other compounds. Thanks to its blood-forming enzymes, it helps with malnutrition, anemia and other severe blood disorders. Sand in the kidneys and the bladder is affected by nettles.
Purpose:
Recommended to improve the functional status of the central and cardiovascular system. Nettle tea improves the composition of the blood and purifies it. Nettles have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action.

Method of preparation:
Pour one filter bag with 200 ml of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
