How to prepare homemade doner kebab - ideas and recipes

The doner seasoning is suitable for chicken, beef, lamb, and mutton and can be used in several ways:

Option 1: Classic dry marinade
Slice the meat thinly, lightly oil it, generously sprinkle with the seasoning, and rub well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours (preferably overnight), then grill, pan-fry, or bake.

Option 2: Marinade with oil and vinegar
Mix the seasoning with oil and a little vinegar until a thick, aromatic paste forms. Coat the meat evenly and let it marinate for several hours. This method makes the meat extra tender and richly flavored.

Option 3: Homemade doner kebab wrap
Cooked or fried meat is sliced into small pieces and wrapped in thin lavash bread together with fresh vegetables, French fries, and a favorite sauce - garlic, yogurt-based, or spicy.
