Dill
Anethum graveolens
A one-year-old plant with a hollow hollow stem. The flowers are yellow. Fruits are 3-5 mm long, ovate, two-eyed. Blooms in July - August.
It grows wild only in the southern part of the Black Sea coast and along the Danube river. It is grown throughout Bulgaria.
For healing purposes, the mature fruit is used and the whole flowering overhead part in a fresh state.

Method of preparation: Pour 1/2 teaspoon of the herb with 500 ml of hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 equal portions during the day before meals.
