Features:

Fluffy, finely ground structure. Low gluten content. Good source of manganese, dietary fiber, selenium, copper, vitamin B1, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, and niacin.

A specially selected variety of white long-grain rice was used for this flour.

Our wholemeal flour contains all the components of the grain - endosperm, germ and shell, in the proportions assigned to them by nature, and all the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients contained in them.
