Elderberry fruits can be used to improve immunity, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure,  such as a laxative and a diuretic agent, and dental pain, cardiac pain, tuberculosis.

Directions:

2 tablespoons of dried fruits soaked 10 min. at 400 g hot water. Strain. Drink three times a day 120 g, before eating.
