Carob flour is made from the pods of evergreen tree that is widespread in the Mediterranean.
In Cocoa has a lot of magnesium, while carob has a lot of calcium. It contains approximately three times more calcium than cocoa, but only 60% of the calories thereof. Carob contains vitamin B1 as Jagodina, more vitamin A of asparagus, vitamin B2, calcium, magnesium, potassium and trace elements iron, copper, nickel, manganese and chromium.
