Cashews (also known as Indian peanut, cashew Indian) is a tree of the genus Anacardiaceae. Comes from Brazil by Portuguese explorers brought the tree in other countries.
The real fruit of the tree grows on top of cashew-apple. It has the shape of a kidney and a first of the tree grows, and then from the handle there is formed an apple.
